The kitchen ticket prints before the waiter walks back.
DineoTech is a POS for Indian dine-in restaurants. Guests order from the table QR or your waiter punches it in; the KOT prints on the thermal printer you already own; the bill comes out with CGST and SGST split and the UPI payment recorded. It keeps working when the Wi-Fi doesn’t.

What the manager sees at 8 pm
Not a report to run later. The dashboard is the floor, live — because every screen reads the same orders.

Tonight’s sales, updated on every bill
Not an end-of-day total — the number moves as tables settle.

Live orders by table
New, preparing, served. The same board the waiters and the kitchen are looking at.

Revenue trend from archived orders
Reports run off archived data, so pulling a trend never slows the live POS.
One table’s order, from the first scan to the bill
Four steps, four screens, one record. Nothing is re-typed, exported or reconciled by hand.

Table 7 scans the code and orders together
One QR per table, valid for the sitting. Everyone at the table adds to the same cart from their own phone, and the order lands in your POS as one ticket for one bill.

Arjun adds two Butter Naan from the POS — same sitting, same bill
Waiters punch items with shortcodes, see every table’s status on the floor board, and answer call-waiter and bill requests as they come in.

The ticket prints at the tandoor station
Every punched order prints as a thermal KOT, routed to the right printer per station and marked printed — nothing depends on a chit walking to the kitchen.

During service
Good software disappears during service. What should be left is a kitchen that got the ticket, a bill that adds up, and a manager who goes home with the numbers — not another screen to babysit.
Early access
New, and honest about it.
DineoTech is new. We are choosing a small group of restaurants to build alongside: hands-on onboarding, a direct line to the people writing the code, and a real say in what ships next.

The questions owners ask us first.
Is DineoTech really free to start?
Yes. Every plan is free while we onboard our first restaurants — Starter, Pro and Enterprise. When pricing arrives it will come with notice, and you can export your data at any time.
What do I need to sign up?
Your restaurant’s details and a few minutes. Self-serve onboarding and the spreadsheet menu import get you taking orders the same day — no sales call, no installation.
Does it work with my existing thermal printer?
Yes. A small desktop print bridge sends kitchen tickets and receipts to standard ESC/POS thermal printers, over USB or the LAN, with routing per station.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The POS keeps taking orders and printing tickets. When the connection returns it syncs automatically, with prices frozen at the time of sale.
Set up the menu tonight. Print QR codes tomorrow.
Self-serve, ₹0 during early access, no sales call. If you would rather talk first, write to us.
